As believers, we are called to walk in dominion, not as victims of life’s circumstances but as ambassadors of God’s kingdom. Dominion is not just a theological concept—it is our divine inheritance. From the very beginning, God bestowed this mandate upon us:
"Then God said, ‘Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may have dominion over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.’” — Genesis 1:26 (NKJV)
To have dominion consciousness means to live with the awareness that we are not subject to the enemy’s schemes, but rather, we have been given power over them. Luke 10:19 affirms this: “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”
A person with dominion consciousness does not shrink back in fear or uncertainty. Instead, they operate in faith, knowing that through Christ, they are seated in heavenly places, far above principalities and powers (Ephesians 2:6). This mindset shifts how we engage with life—we do not merely react to situations; we govern them through prayer, faith, and the Word of God.
Today, make a conscious decision to walk in dominion. Reject the mindset of limitation and embrace the authority given to you in Christ. You were not created to live in defeat—you were designed to reign.
